Did you know? It can take up to six weeks for your allied health care provider to be paid by your insurance company for your insurance claim through direct billing.
Mandala Massage will discontinue offering direct billing for Massage Therapy treatments effective December 1, 2022. Clients are still able to submit their claims for reimbursement to their insurance provider directly, and will continue to be provided with insurance receipts to do so. Treatments including Registered Massage Therapy, RAPID-NFR, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage are eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Treatments are eligible for reimbursement under the following insurance providers, but are not eligible for direct billing. Clients can remit their claims to their insurance provider directly.
