Appointment Instructions

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Thank you for your understanding, as we may be busy with other clients. Please note that minors receiving treatment are required to have a parent or guardian attend their appointment.

 

Child care is not available at the clinic, please make seperate arrangements for child care to ensure you can enjoy your treatment.

If you are late, your appointment begins at the time it was scheduled to begin, and ends at the time it was scheduled to end. We are not able to extend your appointment time in case of clients being late.

Direct Billing for Registered Massage Therapy is now available with most insurance companies! Please note that your insurance policy may not cover 100% of the treatment cost, clients are responsible to pay any outstanding balance not paid by your insurance plan. Please bring an alternate form of payment with you to your appointment. We bill to the primary insurer, and clients are responsible to remit their claims to their secondary insurance coverage if applicable. Some plans may not cover Foot Reflexology, and as such Foot Reflexology is not eligible for Direct Billing.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. A credit card is required on file at the time of booking to confirm your appointment, and your card information is securely stored and will not be charged in advance of your treatment. If adequate notice is not provided, or your appointment is not attended without notice or a valid reason, 100% of the treatment cost will be applied to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding, as your appointment time is held specifically for you, and is difficult to fill upon last minute cancellation.
