Appointment Instructions
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Thank you for your understanding, as this allows us time to disinfect the clinic between clients to ensure your safety. Please note that minors receiving treatment are required to have a parent or guardian attend their appointment.
In accordance with the Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan, we are required to screen each client prior to entry into the clinic and receipt of treatment.
Child care is not available at the clinic, please make seperate arrangements for child care to ensure you can enjoy your treatment.
If you are late, your appointment begins at the time it was scheduled to begin, and ends at the time it was scheduled to end. We are not able to extend your appointment time in case of clients being late.
Please note Direct Billing will be discontinued December 1, 2022. Clients are responsible to pay for their treatment in the clinic, and to submit their claims for reimbursement to their insurance provider directly, and will continue to be provided with insurance receipts to do so. Treatments including Registered Massage Therapy, RAPID-NFR, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage are eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, or have come into contact with anyone who is ill, we recommend that you seek COVID-19 testing and reschedule or cancel your appointment for a minimum of 48 hours after symptoms have ended. Cancellation fees in light of illness will be waived. Please note that if you attend an appointment and have symptoms of illness but have not been tested your appointment will be cancelled and 100% of the treatment cost will apply. Thank you for your cooperation to keep our staff, clients, and community safe and healthy.
24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If adequate notice is not provided, 100% of the treatment cost will apply. We appreciate your understanding, as your appointment time is held specifically for you, and is difficult to fill upon last minute cancellation.
