Appointment Only Basis
Please note the clinic operates on an appointment only basis; walk in appointments are not permitted. You must book an appointment online at mandalamassageregina.janeapp.com prior to attending the clinic.
If there is no availability posted on our website for your preferred date, please add yourself to the waitlist for that day and also book an alternate appointment. Our schedule is updated regularly, lack of posted availability online means the schedule is fully booked or the provider is not available that day. Please book in advance to ensure you are able to reserve an appointment time that fits your busy schedule.
Appointment Instructions
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Thank you for your understanding, as we may be busy with other clients.
Please note appointments for minors must be for children aged 12 and older, and a parent or guardian is required to be present for the duration of the appointment.
Child care is not available at the clinic, please make seperate arrangements for child care to ensure you can enjoy your treatment.
If you are late, your appointment begins at the time it was scheduled to begin, and ends at the time it was scheduled to end.
We are not able to extend your appointment time in case of clients being late.
Please note: We no longer offer Direct Billing for Registered Massage Therapy. This is due to the delay in claim payment to the clinic by the insurance companies.
Clients are required to pay for their treatment in the clinic, and submit their claim to their insurance company directly. This does not impact your claim eligibility. Thank you for your understanding, and supporting our small business!
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. A credit card is required on file at the time of booking to confirm your appointment, and your card information is securely stored and will not be charged in advance of your treatment. If adequate notice is not provided, or your appointment is not attended without notice or a valid reason, 100% of the treatment cost will be applied to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding, as your appointment time is held specifically for you, and is difficult to fill upon last minute cancellation.
Please note, multiple last minute cancellations will require future appointments to be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your treatment time and prevent risk of loss due to cancellation. This is at the discretion of the business, and is non-negotiable. If pre-paid appointments are not attended without notice, or cancelled within 24 hours without a valid reason, the credit held for the appointment will be applied to the cancellation fee as per the above.
