How does it work?

Contact our reception team to sign up ✅
Your card on file will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month to pay your monthly fees
Be sure to book in for your treatment within the calendar month! 🗓️
Member credits must be used within the calendar month and do not roll over

Want a treatment upgrade?
Just pay the difference - your member credits are applied to the service cost and you just pay the balance remaining. PLUS members save 10% on treatment upgrades, subsequent treatments in the calendar month, and retail!

What about my insurance coverage?
We are still able to Direct Bill your insurance plan for eligible Registered Massage Therapy treatments on the date of service - and assign the payment of benefits to the plan member to put money back in your pocket ✅

Is there a family plan available?

This is coming soon!

At the moment, we are not able to create memberships for families, or transfer your membership credits to a family member or another guest to use - but we are working on this feature for future.

Membership Policies

Your credit card on file will be automatically charged on your monthly renewal date
Members must redeem their membership credits within the calendar month, there is no credit rollover
Membership credits have no cash value and are non-refundable
Membership credits can be redeemed for services and products
Memberships credits can be transferred to a family member or friend
There are no membership sign up fees or cancellation fees
Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice of cancellation
