With a background in Kinesiology, Mandy takes a clinical approach to helping her clients recover quality of life through pain management and injury recovery utilizing RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, Massage Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Cupping, and Reflexology.

Mandy's passion for human anatomy and pathophysiology began with her studies in Kinesiology in 2011, and this background in applied health science informs her current practice as a Registered Massage Therapist working with clients aged 12 to 100. A graduate of honors of the Massage Therapy Diploma program at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts in 2014, integrative health is a lifelong passion and a natural career path for Mandy. Mandy is dedicated to continuing education, and has proven competency to 2200 hours Massage Therapy education through Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta.

Mandy has completed the RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Specialist designation in November of 2017, and has helped many clients manage chronic pain and recover from injuries with the use of this modality. Mandy also looks forward to supporting new and existing clients in their motherhood journey, and has  

completed certification in Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage Therapy as well as completed certification as an Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).

Mandy also has training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Cupping Massage, Indian Head Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, and Foot Reflexology. Her integrative approach ensures you can feel confident in receiving a customized treatment plan for your needs. Registered Massage Therapy appointments with Mandy are eligible for insurance reimbursement, and Mandala Massage offers Direct Billing to over 40 insurance companies for client convenience.

Mandy also has training in esthetics, including Skincare Technician certification, DMK Skin Revision Advanced Therapist certification, Microneedling certification, Alexandria Professional Advanced Body Sugaring Hair Removal certification, chemical peels, dermaplaning, eyelash lift + tint, eyebrow lamination + tint, and eyebrow waxing. Mandy is committed to ongoing education in esthetics to offer her clients the best possible service.
