Since opening its doors on January 12, 1976, Regina Transition House has been providing short term emergency housing and services to over 14,000 women and children fleeing violence.
Regina Transition House provides safe shelter, support, and empowerment for individuals and families leaving situations of violence, helping them build lives free from abuse. RTH fosters self-advocacy, which leads to independence, resourcefulness, and self-awareness to help their clients escape the cycle of abuse. This is about supporting individuals to take control of their lives and make informed decisions.
