With the recent outbreaks of Coronavirus (COVID-19), please refrain from booking or keeping a booked appointment for a minimum of 14 days if any of the following apply:
• Have you traveled to anywhere outside of Canada, or come into contact with someone who has?
• Have you been in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?
• Are you experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms (cough, fever, difficulty breathing)?
Cancellation fees in light of illness will be waived.Symptoms of Coronavirus can take up to 14 days to appear, if you are unsure please refrain from booking an appointment.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please refrain from booking an appointment at least 14 days after the symptoms have stopped.

Our Sanitization Standards
As always, Mandala Massage will continue our high standard of sterilization and sanitization of the clinic. Although it is our standard practice to use hospital-grade disinfectant and clean our treatment rooms after every client, as well as practice frequent hand washing, we have increased our frequency of cleaning protocols of the common areas of the clinic to be sanitized between each client to ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene for the safety of our clients and staff.
We have also implemented a pre-screening protocol with every scheduled appointment to ensure we prioritize the health of our clients and staff. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
